Ernie’s on the Creek

Ernie’s on the Creek, situated on Paint Creek in Rochester, MI, was a restaurant without solidified brand guidelines and a consistent social media presence. Although the restaurant has a trendy atmosphere, tasty cocktails, and a prime waterfront location, none of the online channels properly showcased its many positives.

My job as a social media professional was to enhance their online presence, targeting core audiences of wealthy millennials and Gen Xers. This involved creating brand guidelines from scratch, collecting photo and video assets, and running email marketing campaigns with the end goal of converting clicks into sales and spreading the word about this hometown restaurant that feels like a weekend getaway.

Additionally, I created some social media materials for Rochester Corner Bar, the sister restaurant of Ernie’s on the Creek. Despite not being the main social manager for the restaurant, I provided support in graphic design when needed.
