It’s nice to meet you.

My name is Chloe, and I’m a metro Detroit-based social media specialist (though I do a lot of other things, too). I’ve been a writer since I could hold a pencil, and a storyteller since before even then. I graduated from Oakland University in Auburn Hills, Michigan, in 2024 with my bachelor’s degree in public relations and strategic communications, minoring in English and journalism for good measure.

Social media is the newest, multi-layer medium for storytelling, which is why I’ve been fascinated by it growing up. That said, social media can eat you alive if you’re not careful. Luckily, I thrive on seeing the results of a campaign well-run or a design well-received, no matter what metric we’re measuring success by. Social media and I have a symbiotic relationship; I feed into it, and I get back the rush from seeing the like count rise higher and higher.

In my spare time, I enjoy collecting scraps for my junk journal, creative writing, checking out the coolest local jazz bar, and, of course, for better or worse, scrolling.
